The 400 Richest Americans Can Pay Off ALL Student Loans and STILL Remain Billionaires

What if there was a way that this could happen? What if one of those 400 rich people "adopted" a student and paid for that persons student loan debt? Obviously you would need to show some type of documentation (to avoid manipulation) for the debt or have the funds directly paid to the financial institutions, but it could work.
