This quote here is what has concerned me from the beginning:

I also notice how all the article's are stating to "cancel" student loan debt which to me; and most people who have not read the proposal, may think the proposal is asking for the debt books to be wiped clean and not paying the banks in full from another source. That would make a huge difference to me if I was to vote on the issue.
