It's about damn time! I've been saying for months "how do we ever expect the housing market to improve when the very people we rely upon to buy homes - college grads and professionals - are graduating with mortgage-sized debts that they can neither live in, nor use as intended in today's economy?"
These two issues are inextricably intertwined. You cannot solve the housing crisis without first solving the student loan crisis. Otherwise, we're doomed to continue to spin our wheels for years to come.
