Congratulations to my friends, Aurora and Serge, the filmmakers behind Default: The Student Loan Documentary, for this excellent piece in Forbes magazine. Any and all publicity that shines a light on the ever-growing problem of student loan debt is a good thing, not only for the FSLD movement, but for all student loan debtors in general. Far too little attention has been paid to this problem - one that isn't going away anytime soon - and I commend the filmmakers, as well as their tireless marketing associate, Kyle McCarthy, for all the hard work they've done to make this film a reality. As I've told them on more than one occasion, I truly believe that this film has the potential to change hearts and minds on a much greater scale than any single essay ever could and I can't wait for the film's full release. Congratulations guys!
