We should file a nationwide class action "pending lawsuit" that would force the Obama Administration and Congress to establish a special hearing to discuss and develop a new law to pass that would forgive students of student loan hardships. The hardest hit are those with disabilities. We should also include those who are not disabled but have just as much difficulties as those with disabilities.
If the Obama Adminstration and Congress gave out billions in taxpayer bailout funds to greedy corporations whom spent those bailout funds on paying grossly large bonuses rather than infusing into the system to help save the companies and create jobs with qualifying salaries to help those pay off their student debts and maintain the current cost of living, and to repay the bailouts back with high interest into the taxpayer funds. Now, I am totally against the idea of giving money to companies that are very wealthy, and greedy, and already have billions worth of assets, including stocks, properties, cash, you name it, then they should sell those assets to make up for their corporate gross errors and negligence. They didn't want to. Well, if they mismanage their businesses, then that's what they will have to pay for out of their own assets and personal accounts and lose those bonuses.
If Obama did that, as he has already done so, should be forcing them to repay it back into the taxpayer pool AND use those funds to help bail out college graduates in distress. Remember, banks are fronts for the Federal Reserve Trust and they "PRINT" monies.
What they did was wrong and we need to pinch them for what they did. If they did that of which much of those taxpayer funds are very likely to be UN-recoverable at all. Then we need to file a large nationwide class action lawsuit, or pending lawsuit, if you prefer to call it, against the Obama Administration and Congress. NO, they are not immune from liabilities and negligences. they are NOT the "government". They are elected representatives to represent us, as voted by us. WE the people, the American Citizens, are the "GOVERNMENT". In Europe, the government are more fearful of their European citizens, but here in the USA it is the other way around because we were conditioned to be fearful of the Government. we forgot what the United States Constitution says that no governing body shall have any power over other governing bodies. So, in saying this, I think this is the best and most effective means of action is to file a powerful nationwide class action lawsuit against the Administration and Congress thus triggering a full-blown discussion for fast action to fix this problem and eliminate the debt or or at least minimize/discount it. However Congress and us can put it together that can be mutually agreeable. This as a result will have to involve the Supreme Court.
I LOVE lawyers! They are very important to us and most people don't even realize how important attorneys are. I am a pre-law college student now changing to paralegal major as a result of my job loss and the inability to support myself, and being on permanent disability due to my permanent disability, the whole domino effect. Lawyers, to many people, have been mislabled as greedy scums. They are NOT!!! lawyers work very hard in college and law school, and they don't make much money the first five to eight years before they can start to barely make their student payments to pay it off. Lawyers are up to their heads in college debts worse than mine. I have nearly $90,000 in student loan debts. Most of those are compounding interest. I barely earned sufficient income to help pay it off due to my permanent disability and the disability discrimination in the working world has caused me painful hardship I am fighting it.
What I want from all of you, including those of you who are lawyers, even the most powerful ones, to get together and form a powerful lawsuit in America's judicial history ever. With this much power, we can really move a bad mountain off Capitol Hill! if we don't do it, we'll continue to drown and take all this to our graves and there won't be room for us to rest in peace in the coffins because of all those debts filling up.
I hope to hear from you, including any of you are lawyers out there, you have my full support to the fullest!
Blessings to all of you,
Richard
In Job a lot much is dependent on the individual performances of the employees. Team work is essential, but it is possible only when, the employee works with his office mates like a team, which is the most important thing, which counts for the development of the individual and the overall organisation.
I wrote about a payment protest and was kicked off a message board last year. I wrote about getting a Borrowers Bill of Rights written to submit to Congress and all the posts on that board were deleted;I got a message last night from a Facebook guy saying that if I was interested in anything more than bankruptcy rights it was a waste of the boards time. As long as we are fighting amongst ourselves, we wont get anywhere. Our power is in our numbers yet we continue to be scattered and bickering. All I ever see on these boards is a bunch of whining; no one is willing to take a stand. As the saying goes.."Its like trying to nail jello-o to a tree."
