In 2007, the Hamilton Project of The Brookings Institute awarded her its inaugural Economic Policy Innovation Prize. Her publications include pieces by The Hamilton Project at the Brookings Institute, a journal of law and public policy, and the San Jose Mercury News. She doubled majored in Engineering and Science, Technology, and Society at Stanford University where she graduated with honors. She earned her J.D. and LL.M. in tax from the New York University School of Law where she was also awarded the David F. Bradford Prize. Previous experiences include work at the U.S. Department of Treasury and the U.S. Senate.
