Student Loan Corruption by Lenders, Collectors, Dept of Edu.

I hope some or all student loan payments can be forgiven.
My loan lender in Texas (TX Guranteed Student Loan Corp). turned out to be unregulated/corrupt, Republican-runned quasi-public entity, yet Dept of Education allowed their crooked operating behaviors to be unchecked.
Would like to see regulation of lenders and loan collection offices, based in Chicago, and private contractors (McGraw Hill/Pearson).
These contractors act like arrogant public entities when indeed thay are in reality for-profit operations

Yep - Just Read It -Thanks for the Ammunition.

Wow,

Who would of thunk that someone actually made a mistake like that?! Why don't they factor in my debt and tell me how people who don't have degrees actually have the lifetime earnings advantage.

The more that comes out the more it seems we all were stung by The Student Loan Scam!
