no shit, my student loan for citi is at 10.5 + LIBOR. Fucking great.

Scam
Just before reaching 3 consecutive years to get my interest rate drop to 7%. My student loan was taking over by Citi. Now I had to pay another 3 consecutive years to get it drop to 7.5%. Now the 3 years came due and then they told me I have a late payment. I never paid late, THEY PROCESS THE PAYMENTS LATE. I ALWAYS PAID 2-3 DAYS EARLY VIA WEB AS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITES...THEY ARE STRAIGHT GANGSTERS..WHAT CAN I DO? I have a past college mate and he states that he has had that happen on few occasions..really ridiculous..
